OCIA
Welcome to the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)!
We are delighted to accompany you on this journey of faith and discovery. The OCIA process is a pathway to encountering Jesus Christ and becoming fully initiated into the Catholic Christian tradition. Whether you are just beginning to explore the Catholic faith or seeking to complete your sacraments, this journey is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with God and grow within a supportive faith community.
Typically lasting one year, the OCIA process is open to adults 19 years or older (by January of that year) who are:
- Unbaptized, seeking to enter the Catholic Church.
- Baptized in another Christian tradition, wishing to become Catholic.
- Baptized Catholics who, for any reason, did not complete their Religious Education and have not received all the Sacraments of Initiation.
We look forward to walking with you on this faith-filled journey toward a deeper relationship with Christ and full communion with the Catholic Church.

Adult Confirmation
Welcome to the Adult Confirmation at Santiago de Compostela Church!
In the Sacrament of Confirmation, “the baptized person is ‘sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit’ and is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ” (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops). Confirmation deepens our baptismal life by bestowing a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit, empowering us with the strength and commitment to live out our Catholic faith in every aspect of our lives.
This 7-week process is designed for individuals 19 years or older (by January) who have been baptized and received their First Communion. This program begins the first week after Easter. Participants will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation on Pentecost Sunday. We look forward to accompanying you on this journey of faith!

Conociéndolo a través de su Palabra, su Poder, su Sabiduría y su Amor, y unidos colaborando a que mas personas tengan una experiencia personal con Cristo Jesús a través del poder del Espíritu Santo.

Noche de Asamblea Alabanza y Predicación: Cada 2ndo viernes y 4to viernes del mes empezando con la Hora Santa. Horario: 7PM-10PM
